Nuestros productos inician con la selección cuidadosa de la materia prima principal: la leche que cada mañana se recolecta de nuestros agricultores colombianos, esta materia prima es transportada hasta nuestras instalaciones de produccion donde comienzan el proceso de selección y cuajado, en el proceso de elaboración se cambia la estructura del queso para convertirlo en una tela completamente elástica, lisa y brillante.

Para lograrlo es necesario estirar cientos de veces una cuajada caliente que puede alcanzar temperaturas cercanas a los 70 grados centígrados, fundiendo las proteínas y ordenando las fibras del queso llegando a un sabor suave, aroma a leche fresca, superficie brillante, consistencia firme, textura lisa y color blanco marfil.
